Beef Skewers
Ingredients
700g beef rump
2 tbsp warm honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 red capsicums
1 onion
Method
Cut the beef into cubes. Combine with the honey and soy and chill in fridge for 1 hour.
Soak skewers (about 12) in cold water.
Thread the beef onto the skewers alternating with the sliced onion and capsicum.
Brush lightly with oil. Preheat the BBQ or grill and cook 2-3 mins each side.
Serve with rice and a fresh green salad.
