Honey-Lime Chicken Skewers


3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon corriander
  • 1/2 kg skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  1. In a small bowl, combine your ingredients, through the corriander. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour marinade over chicken breasts  and turn to coat. 
  3. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
  5. Serve with steamed rice and a crisp salad.
