I am most proud of … My children – Aly (10), Declan (8) and Cayden (4)
I think the biggest obstacle our kids will face in the future is … Keeping positive and knowing that they can make a difference
I love listening to ... After-dinner concerts by our kids!
My heart sings when … I hear my kids help, show compassion or encourage others
The hardest part of running my business is … Not having enough hours in a day
I love sipping on … A glass of chilled sauv blanc
One of the funniest things I’ve ever seen is ... Can’t pin it down to just one thing – my 4 year old cracks me up everyday!

My favourite food is … My mother-in-law Rosa’s homemade Gnocchi and Goulash – yummo!!
